Exponet is an international e-commerce company with office locations in Houston, Cincinnati(Sharonville), Toronto and Calgary. We are currently seeking a Warehouse Operations Lead in Sharonville, OH. The preferred candidate is a self-starter and must have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Specific requirements are as follows:

• Comfortable off-loading incoming stock, inspecting received goods and positioning it thoughtfully in the warehouse depending on changing circumstances. Must be comfortable using a pallet jack (training will be provided). A forklift license is not required.
• Must be detail-oriented, diligent in preparing daily shipment labels and comfortable using various software applications.
• Responsible for processing same-day returns from customers, which includes inspecting the goods, taking pictures of the damaged goods if any and returning goods into inventory.
• Pick-and-pack of goods.
• Ensure inventory is up to date weekly.
• Attend to customers over the phone and email and deal with their concerns courteously.
• Take ownership of the duties and take on other administrative duties and daily operations tasks that may be required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
